❓ How do I get help with YMS?

This Help center is a great place to find the answers you are looking for, however you can also reach out to the YMS Support team by email - support@yms360.com.

❓ How do I log in?

YMS is a browser based application that works on any device, head to your preferred web browser (We like Chrome) and navigate to the URL provided to your YMS Application Administrator.

❓ I forgot my username or password?

Your designated YMS Application Administrator can check your username and reset your password from the Crew Module, if you are still unable to login reach out to the support team here at YMS.
