The Maintenance Report provides a detailed view of your maintenance history, allowing you to review completed work across any date range you choose. You can refine the results using filters such as warranty, scheduled or unscheduled work, critical classification and reporting tags.
The results update automatically as you adjust the filters, giving you a live preview of the maintenance entries that meet the set criteria. Once you are satisfied with the results, you can generate a PDF report to download, save, or share as needed.
Filtering the Results
Date Filters
Start Date - Filters the report to maintenance history completed on or after the selected date.
End Date - Filters the report to maintenance history completed on or before the selected date.
Reporting Tag
Choose a reporting tag from the dropdown list. This filters the results to only include maintenance history related to equipment that has been assigned the selected reporting tag.

Scheduled
Critical
All Departments
The All Departments filter is based on the logged in users department.
Generating a PDF Report
Once you have filtered the results as required, click the Print button to Generate a PDF report which can be downloaded, saved and shared as required.
