Overview
This guide explains how to manage user settings. Permission management is handled through the Crew module and requires you to be a “User Admin” to manage settings.
Managing User Settings
-
Navigate to Crew Module & select the desired Crew member.
-
Expand the Speed Dial & select the “Manage Settings“ Button.
-
This will open the “User Settings“ Dialog. This Dialog contains 3 sections;
-
Disable Account: A single toggle to disable the users account.
-
Admin Settings: Manage admin settings that affect what data & features are visible throughout the application
-
Module Settings: Manage which individual modules the user has access to and their access level.
-
-
Adjust the user settings as required and click the “Save” button to save changes.
-
To disable the user account, Toggle the “Disable Account” button at the top of the User Settings Dialog and click “Save“.
Note: Disabling an account will immediately log out the user from all devices and prevent the user from logging in.
