Update Stock Levels when adding Spares to a Log Entry — When adding spares to a log entry, users now have the option to deduct the associated quantity directly from inventory, helping keep stock levels accurate in real time.
Copy Equipment Spares to Multiple other Equipment — You can now copy the full list of spares from one piece of equipment to multiple others in a single action.

Set a Storage Location & Amount when creating Inventory — When creating new inventory, you can now define a default storage location and amount to streamline data entry.
Improved Read Only Permissions for Inventory — Users with read only access can now adjust stock levels using the + and - buttons, allowing controlled stock updates without full edit permissions.
Access Attached Procedures from the Task — Tasks now display a button to open the related procedure document uploaded to the schedule from within the task drawer for quicker access during Task Completion.
Enhanced PO Excel Export — The Purchase Order Excel export now includes additional columns for Colour, Size, and Unit of Measure.
Prevent pop-ups from closing without saving changes — We have changed dialog behavior to prevent accidental closure when clicking outside a dialog in edit mode to prevent loosing any data entered but not yet saved.
Grid Column resizing — The Grid columns can now all be resized independently rather than all columns scaling to fit the screen to allow users more flexibility.

Fixed an issue where the Bulk Update utility did not work when updating Categories in the Equipment module.
Resolved a problem where the “Check All” option in the grid did not correctly select all when copying inspection checks to a filtered equipment list.
Resolved an issue in Inventory where Default Location did not auto populate in the Print Label dialog.
Fixed a bug where editing a spare on a log entry caused it to disappear from view.
Fixed a bug where editing a Purchase Order changed the line items tab count to 0 requiring users to close and reopen the PO.
