✨ New Features

  • Inventory Tags - Inventory items can now be tagged across all inventory modules, making it easier to group, search, filter, and manage stock throughout the system. Tags support multiple use cases to support as categorisation, reporting, searching and purchasing workflows.

  • Customisable Dashboard Layout - Users can now personalize their Dashboard by hiding tiles and reordering them based on preference. Dashboard layouts are stored per user, allowing each crew member to tailor their workspace.

  • Default Views - A new “Default View” setting allows users to choose how modules open by default. For example, Equipment can now automatically open in Category View, Grid View, or Location View based on user preference.

  • Scheduling Dashboard Tile - A new Scheduling Dashboard Tile has been added, providing quick visibility into scheduling activity and direct navigation into related modules with filters automatically applied.

  • Equipment “Has Tasks” Filtering - The Equipment module now includes a “Has Tasks” filter, allowing users to quickly identify equipment with outstanding tasks. The Equipment Dashboard Tile has also been updated to include a “Has Tasks” count.


🛠️ Improvements

  • Updated the Inspection Checklist PDF Report to improve report customisation. New report options have been added, allowing users to include or exclude General Information and Check Descriptions from the generated PDF report.

  • Optional columns for “Currency (Estimate)” and “Currency (Actual)” now available in the grid & Excel Exports for improved Task Reporting.

  • Category and Location drop down lists now display helpful guidance messages when no options are available for the user.

  • Maintenance History entries linked to deleted Inventory items now provide clearer user feedback when accessing the deleted Inventory.

  • Added a Prompt providing guidance for when users try to create a Fillable Form without an available template file being added in the documentation library.

  • Updated YMS branding applied across the application.


🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Equipment Schedule dialog's incorrectly enabled the “Limit Recurrence” checkbox by default when creating schedules from the Equipment module.

  • Fixed an issue allowing decimal values to be entered into schedule recurrence patterns, which could prevent schedules from progressing correctly.

  • Fixed an issue with the expand all button in the Category & Location views throughout the application not displaying all expanded nodes data.

  • Fixed an issue where Bulk Add to Purchase Order could allow duplicate Inventory items to be added to the same PO.

  • Fixed an issue preventing users from removing expiration dates from Certificates.

  • Fixed an issue where removing related Equipment from an Inspection Check did not apply the change.
