This release brings a complete overhaul of the Hours of Rest experience, introducing significant improvements to data entry, mobile usability, and overall performance. New Monthly and Weekly Views provide greater visibility of Hours of Rest records across the vessel, while enhanced verification and reporting workflows simplify the entire process from daily submissions through to review, verification, and reporting.



✨ New Features

  • Hours of Rest Templates — Crew can now create up to three reusable work schedules, allowing crew members to complete Hours of Rest entries faster and with greater precision.

  • Hours of Rest Month Overview— Added a new monthly summary view that provides an at-a-glance overview of Hours of Rest submissions and compliance across the vessel, making it easier for Heads of Department and senior crew to identify missing entries and non conformities.

  • Hours of Rest Weekly Verification — Added a dedicated weekly verification workflow that provides Heads of Department a clear view of crew member's Hours of Rest, and any non compliance events for the week. This enables informed review and verification from a single screen.

  • Hours of Rest Dashboard Tile — Added a new dashboard tile providing visibility of missing Hours of Rest entries and average crew working hours over the previous seven days, helping Heads of Department and senior crew monitor workload and possible crew fatigue at a glance.



🛠️ Improvements

  • Optimized Hours of Rest entry workflow for mobile devices, including improved work type selection, template display, and action button layouts.

  • PDF reports generated throughout the application now include HTML formatting, resulting in improved readability and more accurate report output.
