Certificates - Nav Menu
Under the Certificates option in the navigation menu you will find several dedicated modules designed to help you manage different types of certification. Each module focuses on a specific certificate type, allowing you to organise, track, and maintain important documentation in a structured and easily accessible way.
Vessel Certificates
The Vessel Certificates module allows you to centrally manage all certification related to the vessel itself. This includes Class and Flag certification, safety certificates, insurance documents, and other compliance related certificates. Each certificate can be recorded with its issue date, expiry date, attachments, and relevant notes, giving you a clear overview of the vessel’s compliance status and helping ensure important certifications are renewed on time.
Crew Certificates
The Crew Certificates module centralises all certification held by crew members. This includes qualifications such as STCW certificates, seafarer medical certificates, licences, and other professional documentation required for their role onboard. By managing crew certifications in one place you can easily track expiry dates, store digital copies of documents, and ensure crew remain compliant by keeping all certification up to date.
Passports
The Passports module allows you to manage passport details for both crew and guests. Important information such as passport number, nationality, and issue and expiry dates can be recorded and used to automatically populate reports generated by YMS. This ensures key information is readily available when coordinating travel arrangements or preparing vessel clearance documentation.
