Linking schedules is useful when you have multiple Equipment that is the same Make and Model. Linked schedules remain synchronized meaning edits to one will update the information for all the linked schedules.

You will now see the linked schedule on each piece of equipment, marked with a Link icon.
Note: After Linking the Schedule you should update the Date Next Due and / or the Hours Next Due as these values are inherited from the original schedule but should be independently set for each piece of Equipment.
Unlinking a Schedule
If you need to independently edit a schedule that is currently linked to other Equipment you will need to Unlink it, this breaks the link while retaining the related data and completion history.
Click the Action (+) button and choose Unlink. The schedule can now be independently edited without affecting any other schedules.
Note: Unlinking a Schedule also unlinks any spares so you may need to manually re-add spares to the newly independent schedule.
