Scheduling - Nav Menu
The Scheduling module is where you define your Planned Maintenance Schedules, these are essentially the templates for recurring work that automatically generate tasks based on the Schedule Pattern you set.
Equipment Scheduling
This sub-module allows you to create and manage recurring maintenance schedules for all onboard equipment. You can set scheduling patterns based on calendar intervals (time-based), the equipment's running hours (hours-based), or a combination of both. This flexibility ensures that maintenance is scheduled reliably and never missed, supporting the proactive maintenance strategy essential for safe and efficient vessel operations.
Event Scheduling
Event Schedules are used to define recurring maintenance or operational tasks that are not linked to a specific piece of equipment. Examples include scheduling weekly chart corrections or monthly cabin inspections. By setting up these recurring patterns, you ensure non-equipment-related routines are consistently performed and nothing falls through the cracks.
Drill Scheduling
This sub-module provides a structured space to define the frequency and requirements for each type of onboard drill. It allows you to schedule drills according to flag, state, or company standards, ensuring all drills are performed regularly, properly documented, and easily reportable for audits and inspections.
Inspection Scheduling
Designed for routine safety and operational checks, this sub-module allows you to create structured schedules for inspections such as bilge alarm testing or verifying that fire extinguishers are correctly located, fully charged, and in good condition. If an issue is identified during the inspection, a corrective action can be created immediately to ensure it is promptly addressed.
