Tasks - Detail Form

The Tasks Detail form displays all the information about the Task you have selected and allows you to review edit and update it as well as allowing you to see related data.

Summary Tab

View and update the core details of the task, including, description, status, priority, due date, and assigned crew. This is where all the information about the Task is managed.

Spares Tab

Add and manage spare parts that are required to complete the task.

Spares associated with a Task will automatically be deducted from inventory upon Task Completion.

Checks Tab

Only applicable for Inspection Tasks, displays the associated checks and whether they have already been completed.

Attachments Photos & Comments Tabs

These Tabs are common throughout the application and allow you to attach documents and photos and make comments against the Task.

Related Equipment & Schedule Buttons

If the selected Task is related to a piece of Equipment or derived from a Schedule, these buttons will be displayed, clicking them opens the related Equipment or Schedule in a Pop Up so you can review the related data.

Complete Task Button

The Complete Task button allows you to Complete the Task by presenting you with a Log Entry Pop up allowing you to Log the completion of the Task. Details on Task completion can be found here.
