Tasks - Nav Menu

There are a number of Tasks Sub Modules available in the Navigation Menu each is described below;

My Tasks

Displays only tasks that have been specifically assigned to the logged-in user’s Department, Position or User account. See dedicated guide here.

All Tasks

Shows a complete list of All Tasks, allowing for oversight, management and coordination of Tasks.

Due / Overdue Tasks

Displays only tasks that are in a Due or Overdue state, helping you focus on what needs attention first.
A task is considered Due or Overdue if:

• The current date is past the task’s due date, or start date.

• The current equipment hours have exceeded the task’s scheduled due hours.

Inspection Tasks

Displays only Scheduled Inspection Tasks, Scheduled Inspections are a specialist task type used for safety checks like the Bilge Alarm tests or Fire Extinguisher checks, Inspections are Managed from the Inspection Scheduling Module.

Certificate Tasks

Displays only Expired Certificate Tasks, expired certificate Tasks are generated automatically by YMS when a Certificate is in a Expired state or when it reaches its Reminder threshold.
