Dashboard - Certificate Summary Tile
The Certificates Summary Tile provides a visual overview of Vessel Certificates, Crew Certificates, and Passports that are currently in a Warning or Expired state. This helps users identify upcoming and overdue renewals quickly, supporting ongoing compliance.
Tile Contents
The tile displays a bar chart showing the number of records in either a Warning or Expired state, grouped by certificate type:
Vessel Certificates
Crew Certificates
Passports
Each bar shows the total number of certificates within that type that are currently Expired or in a warning state.

Only Certificates types that you have permissions to view will be displayed in the tile.
Interacting with the Tile
You can interact with the Low Inventory Tile in the following ways:
Hover over a section to see the number of certificates in each state.
Click on a bar to open the relevant Certificates module with the appropriate filter applied. For example, clicking the red bar in the Vessel Certificates section will open the Vessel Certificates module and filter the results to show only expired certificates.
