Dashboard - Low Inventory Tile
The Low Inventory Tile provides a visual summary of inventory items that are currently below their set minimum stock levels. This helps you monitor stock levels at a glance and quickly identify areas that may need restocking.
Inventory is grouped by type, and only items with a defined minimum level are considered.
Tile Contents
The tile displays a bar chart showing the number of low-stock items in each inventory category:
General Inventory
Beverages
Dry & Refrigerated Stores
Uniform
Medical
Each bar represents the total number of items below the minimum level for that category.
Notes:
Items without a minimum are excluded from the chart.
Only Inventory Types that you have permissions to view will be displayed in the tile.

Interacting with the Tile
You can interact with the Low Inventory Tile in the following ways:
Hover over a bar to see the exact number of low-stock items for that type of Inventory.
Click on a bar to open the corresponding Inventory module, where you can view and manage those items in detail.
