Dashboard – Recent Forms Tile
The Recent Forms Tile gives you quick access to SMS and ISPS forms directly from the dashboard, removing the need to navigate through the Forms module. It shows all recently opened, completed, and closed forms at a glance.
Tile Date Range
YMS Application Administrators set how far back the tile looks for created forms to reflect your day-to-day operational needs. To adjust this, go to YMS Settings and select a date range from the dropdown.
Available Date Range Options:
Week – Shows forms opened in the last 7 days.
Month – Shows forms opened in the last 1 Month.
Quarter – Shows forms opened in the last 3 Months.

Tile Contents
Forms are displayed in a grid, grouped by the form’s status:
Open Forms – Displayed at the top, so you don't forget to close out your permits.
Completed Forms – Work has been completed the form is ready for review & closure.
Closed Forms – Reviewed, closed and available for reference and audit as required.

Interacting with Forms
To interact with a form just click on the row and the form will open as a dialog, from here you can;
Edit details about the form.
Open and revise the live form saving any changes as a new revision.
Review, complete and close the form.
