✨ New Features

Help Center - We’re excited to announce the launch of the new YMS 360 Help Center, now easily accessible via the (?) button next to your avatar in the top right corner of YMS. The Help Center is still under construction and new How-to Guides, FAQs, release notes, and YMS updates will be added regularly.
Deck Day Log - Deck crew can now maintain a digital daily log directly in YMS. Record weather and position data, note crew and guests onboard, and document daily activities and key events.

SMS/ISPS Forms - A new “Subject” column has been added to SMS/ISPS forms and the associated dashboard tile, making it easier to differentiate between the same form types using a short, descriptive subject.
Tasks Page Size - Based on user feedback, the default page size in the Tasks grids is now 100, with a new option to display up to 250 tasks, allowing for easier review and grouping.
Duplicate check for Attachments/Photos - Duplicate name checks for attachments now occur only upon clicking Save, rather than with every keystroke, improving speed and usability.
Scheduling Log & Reset - When logging and resetting a schedule the Log Entry is now automatically populated with the Task Description as well as the Task Subject.
Grid View Optimization for Mobile Devices - Grid views now display fewer columns on smaller screens to improve readability and usability. This also resolves an issue where the header bar overlapped the top result, making selection difficult.
Standardized Pop-Up Dialogs - Pop-ups opened when accessing related records have been standardized for a consistent and improved user experience.

Sorting Tasks by related Equipment - Resolved an issue where users could not sort tasks by the Equipment column in Grid view.
Scheduling Log & Reset - Fixed an issue where the Critical checkbox was not automatically checked when logging/resetting a schedule that was marked as critical.

To utilize the new Deck Day Log ensure user permissions are updated to allow access to the Deck Day Log Module.
