Equipment – Manage Schedules
Learn how to add new and manage existing Planned Maintenance Schedules for the selected piece of equipment from the dedicated Schedules tab.

Add a Schedule
Create a new schedule by pressing the Add button. The form will be pre-populated with details from the selected equipment, saving you time on data entry.
Edit a Schedule
To edit an existing schedule, click on the desired schedule in the grid. The schedule details will open in a dialog for easy modification.
Trigger a Schedule
To trigger a task early, press the Action button next to the relevant schedule in the grid.
Log & Reset a Schedule
To Log & Reset a schedule, use the Action button in the grid.
Suspend/Activate a Schedule
To suspend or reactivate a schedule, press the Action button in the grid.
Delete a Schedule
To delete a schedule, press the Action button in the grid.
