Inventory - Nav Menu
There are a number of Inventory Sub Modules available in the Navigation Menu, each is described below:
General Inventory
Used for inventory items that do not fall under a specialist category. This section should be utilized for Spare Parts & Consumables.
Beverages
Used for Beverage inventory including wine, spirits, soft drinks. Often used by Interior and Galley departments to manage guest and crew beverage stock and produce reports of Alcohol stored onboard for customs & clearance.
Uniform
Used to track crew uniform and can also be for vessel branded clothing for guest use.
Dry & Cold Stores
Used for dry goods storage and refrigerated/freezer spaces. Commonly used by Galley and Interior to track provisioning and expiry-dates.
Medical
Used for tracking medical inventory and expiry dates, typically for the “Crew Medical Cupboard“.
