Inventory - Purchasing

When Inventory is running low you can add it to a Purchase Order to be stocked up. You can also review the existing Orders to determine if the Inventory is already on any open Purchase Orders and review the Order History.

Add Inventory to a PO

To add inventory to a Purchase Order select the Inventory you need to order, then from the Speed Dial Select “Add to PO“

Select the Purchase Order you would like to add this Inventory to and enter an order amount then click save. This will add the Inventory to a Purchase Order.

Review Order History

To review the Order History of a piece of Inventory, navigate to the Order History Tab. From here you can identify if the Inventory is on any Open PO’s and review previous suppliers and costs.

In the example below you can see 2 units of the Aft Seal are on order, and 4 units were received previously from an order placed in March of 2023.
