Searching Comments
This guide explains how to review and search comments across YMS. You can quickly check what has been added in the last 24 hours or perform a deeper search across all comments using grid filters & keyword search.
Recent Comments
The Recent Comments panel shows all comments added within the last 24 hours. This is useful when you want to quickly review the recent activity without navigating through YMS. At the bottom of this panel you will find a button that opens a dialog displaying the full list of all comments.

All Comments
The All Comments dialog displays a grid containing every comment made in YMS. Each row includes the date and time, the author, the module where the comment was made, and the related record details. Each row also has an expand option so you can view the comment.
You can search comment text using the search bar at the top of the page. You can also apply filters in the grid to narrow down comments by date, module, user, or any other available field.
