Using the Module Search
The Module Search is available in most modules of the application, allowing you to quickly find information. You can combine two powerful search types: Text Search and True/False Search.

Text Search
The Text Search lets you quickly find specific information within the module by typing in keywords. As you enter text, YMS updates the results to show only items that contain a matching word or phrase. This makes it easy to locate the information you need without manually scrolling through the full list.
True / False Search
The True / False Search allows you to filter records using the Tri State check boxes. These filters are opened by selecting the filter icon in the module search bar.
Each checkbox has three possible states:
Indeterminate - No filter is applied. (This is the default state.)
True - Only records where the value is True will be shown.
False - Only records where the value is False will be shown.
Examples (Equipment Module)
The Below example will filter the results to only display Critical Equipment.

You can combine multiple True / False filters at the same time to narrow results further.
In the example below the results would be filtered to only display Critical Equipment that does NOT Monitor Hours.

Reset the Module Search
Use the “X” icon to clear any filters that have been applied. This resets the module search back to its default state.
