Using the Quick Add Utility
The Quick Add Utility is available in both the Equipment and Inventory modules. It is designed to speed up data entry when you are creating several similar records, making repetitive tasks much faster.
Accessing Quick Add
You can open the Quick Add utility by selecting the lightning bolt button found on the standard Add button in the top right of the Module.

Retain Values by Toggling the Switches
Each input has a switch to the left of it. When a toggled on, the value you enter will be retained when you create the record. When a toggle is disabled, that value will be cleared after each creation. This lets you decide exactly which information should be retained and which should be cleared.
Creating New Records
Press “Create and New” to save the details that have been entered. Any inputs with the toggle enabled stay in place for the next entry, while any inputs with the toggle turned off will reset. This is ideal when you have multiple entries that share common details.
Example
A common use case is entering uniform inventory where the exact same Item of Uniform will be entered multiple times with different sizes. The toggles let you keep all the common details only clearing the size input after each entry.
